Permanent magnet motors are sensitive to humidity, so the IP protection level must meet the on-site environment. Third, debug the inverter parameters. The permanent magnet motor must be set to "permanent magnet synchronous motor" mode, and the rotor initial position angle must be calibrated; otherwise, startup may fail or vibration may occur. Common issues include excessive current during startup, often due to mismatched parameters, and abnormal noise during operation, which requires checking bearing lubrication or whether the rotor magnets are loose.
