      API-OH1/OH2 HES Series Petrochemical Process Pumps 

    The API-OH1/OH2 HES Series petrochemical    process pumps are horizontal, radially split, single-stage overhung centrifugal pumps with a volute casing design. 

    This series is designed and manufactured in accordance with API 610, 10th Edition, “Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industries.” Careful consideration has been given to the design of the support structure, coupling, bearings, cooling system and other key components. Various auxiliary and monitoring systems can also be configured, giving this series a high level of safety and reliability, a long service life, and simple and convenient maintenance. 

   The pumps feature strong parts interchangeability, fewer types of spare parts, and a wide range of applications. With excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and good cavitation performance, this series represents a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving products at an internationally advanced level.  

    This series is available in a variety of structural configurations, allowing the optimum configuration to be selected for different complex operating conditions. The sealing system is designed fully in accordance with API 682, 2nd Edition, “Shaft Sealing Systems for Centrifugal and Rotary Pumps.” Various types of mechanical seals, flushing systems and cooling plans can be provided, making the pumps suitable for a wide range of complex operating conditions. 

    Capacity range: 2–2600 m³/h Head range: up to 300 m Applicable temperature: -80°C to 450°C Design pressure: 2.5 MPa to 26 MPa 

   This series of pumps is mainly used in refineries, petrochemical plants, cryogenic engineering, coal chemical industry, chemical fiber production, general industrial processes, power plants, large and medium-sized heating and air-conditioning systems, environmental protection projects, offshore industries, seawater desalination plants and other industries and fields. 

   They are suitable for handling various neutral or corrosive liquids, including clean liquids, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids, liquids containing particles, slurries, fibrous liquids, sewage and high-viscosity liquids.
