Hifield OH6 series high-speed pumps are horizontal, single-stage, overhung high-speed centrifugal pumps. They adopt a high-speed impeller and speed-increasing transmission structure, achieving efficient fluid transfer under high-head and low-flow operating conditions by increasing the impeller rotational speed.
The series pumps comply with the API 610 (OH6) design standard of the American Petroleum Institute (API) and are suitable for handling low-viscosity, easily vaporizing, flammable, explosive, toxic, and high-pressure liquids. They are particularly suitable for the transportation of light hydrocarbon media in industries such as petrochemical, refinery, coal chemical, and natural gas processing.
OH6 series pumps feature a single-stage high-speed impeller, diffuser structure, and highly reliable mechanical seal system. Compared with traditional multistage centrifugal pumps, they offer a more compact structure, lighter weight, smaller footprint, higher efficiency, and easier maintenance. These advantages make them ideal for modern petrochemical plants requiring high-performance, compact, and long-term continuous operation equipment.
