API610-BB1 HASD Series Axially Split Double-Suction Pumps

The API610-BB1 HASD series pumps are horizontal, axially split, single-stage or two-stage between-bearings centrifugal pumps. The pump casing adopts a volute type structure, with foot-mounted support for single-stage pumps and centerline support for two-stage pumps.

The pumps are designed in accordance with API 610 “Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industries”.

This series adopts an axially split casing structure, allowing convenient and fast maintenance.

The single-stage pump adopts a double-suction impeller.
For two-stage pumps:

• The first-stage impeller adopts a double-suction design;

• The second-stage impeller adopts a single-suction design.

The hydraulic design is developed based on advanced domestic and international hydraulic models, utilizing modern design technologies such as:

• 3D modeling

• CFD flow field analysis

The pumps feature:

• Wide flow and head ranges

• High efficiency

• Excellent cavitation performance

This series represents a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving products.

The sealing system is fully designed in accordance with API 682 “Shaft Sealing Systems for Centrifugal and Rotary Pumps”, and can be equipped with various sealing, flushing, and cooling plans, making the pumps suitable for complex operating conditions and a wide range of applications.
