API-BB4 HCS Series Horizontal Multistage Pumps

The API-BB4 HCS series pumps are horizontal, radially split, sectional multistage centrifugal pumps designed in accordance with API 610 “Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industries”.

The casing adopts a radial diffuser structure. Depending on the operating temperature, either centerline support or foot-mounted support can be selected. The suction and discharge nozzles can be flexibly arranged in multiple directions to meet different customer requirements.

This series features a simple and reliable structure, stable operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance.

The first-stage impeller and secondary-stage impellers are designed using different hydraulic concepts:

• The first-stage impeller focuses on cavitation performance;

• The secondary-stage impellers focus on efficiency.

This design enables the entire pump to achieve excellent cavitation performance and high efficiency.

The sealing system is fully designed in accordance with API 682 “Shaft Sealing Systems for Centrifugal and Rotary Pumps”, and can be equipped with various sealing, flushing, and cooling plans, making it suitable for complex operating conditions and a wide range of applications.

Some pump sizes are equipped with two hydraulic models, featuring a wide high-efficiency operating range and excellent anti-cavitation performance.
