Designed for forced circulation conditions involving high-concentration, particle-laden, easily crystallized, and high-temperature corrosive media, this pump series ensures efficient transportation while significantly reducing energy consumption and meeting stringent environmental emission requirements.

The product strictly adheres to national and industry energy-saving standards. Through optimized hydraulic modeling and structural design, it achieves low NPSHr, high head coefficient, and long operational life, helping customers achieve industrial upgrades under the "dual carbon" goals.

  • Long-term maintenance-free operation: Heavy-duty bearing housing and oil bath lubrication design enable continuous operation for ≥ 8000 hours, reducing oil change frequency and hazardous waste generation.

  • Low noise operation: Optimized volute and impeller clearance results in operating noise ≤ 85 dB(A), improving the working environment.

3. High Corrosion & Wear Resistance

  • Wetted parts material options: 316L, 2205 Duplex Steel, 2507 Super Duplex Steel, Titanium, Hastelloy.
