 I. Product Overview

Jiangsu Haifa Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. produces the BA Series BB2 pump, a high-flow, single-stage or two-stage, radially split, between-bearing support chemical process pump strictly designed and developed in accordance with API 610 (American Petroleum Institute Standard) 11th Edition.

This pump is specifically designed for continuous heavy-duty operation under high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-flow conditions. It is an ideal choice for transporting clean or slightly contaminated liquids in petrochemical, coal chemical, power, seawater desalination, and general industrial fields.

 1. Heavy-Duty Structural Design
 Centerline Support: Pump support feet are located on the pipe centerline, ensuring uniform thermal expansion under high temperatures and avoiding shaft misalignment.
 Radially Split Casing: The pump casing is horizontally split along the shaft centerline. The rotor can be accessed for maintenance by removing the pump cover, offering convenience.

 2. High-Efficiency Hydraulic Model
 Utilizes CFD-optimized high-efficiency double-suction or single-suction impellers (selected based on parameters), ensuring stable operation in high-flow regions and low Net Positive Suction Head required (NPSHr).
 Precise clearances between impeller and casing result in low volumetric losses, with efficiency 5%~8% higher than national standards.

 3. Reliable Shaft Seal and Bearings
 Shaft Seal System: Equipped with cartridge mechanical seals compliant with API 682. Flushing plans such as Plan 11/21/23/52/53A can be selected based on the medium.
 Bearings: Heavy-duty radial roller bearings + thrust angular contact ball bearings combination, with forced oil or oil ring lubrication, and online temperature/vibration monitoring interfaces.

 4. High-Temperature and Corrosion-Resistant Materials
 Casing, Cover, Impeller: Can be selected from Carbon Steel WCB, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, Duplex Stainless Steel CD4MCu, Hastelloy C276, etc., based on operating conditions.
 Wear rings and shaft sleeves are surface-hardened (Hardness ≥ HRC 55) to extend service life.
